
Did you know what a brownie is?
beside being that little outrageously soften piece of chocolate cake with nuts or other indecent high calories friends chocolate, it is also a character of the Scottish Folklore??? « La tradizione vuole che i brownie vivano nelle case degli esseri umani e, nottetempo e di nascosto, si occupino delle faccende domestiche in cambio di piccoli regali, di cibo, o in generale di un occhio di riguardo nei loro confronti. » In short the brownie was a kind of little elfe that was helping as a housekeeper in exchange of a meal or presents.
For 6 sweet teeth:
- 350 g of chocolate
- 250 g of salted butter
- 3 eggs
- 250 g of soft brown sugar
- 60 g of flour
- 1 tea spoon of baking powder
- Warm up the oven at 180°C.
- Chop the chocolate and melt it in the bain-marie.
- Slice the butter and add it to the chocolate. Mix softly.
- In a bowl whip the sugar with the eggs until it gets bubbly.
- Add the chocolate+butter. Mix.
- Add the flour and the baking powder and mix.
- Pour in a rectangular dish and put in the oven for 40 minutes.
Pour 6 gourmands:
- 350 g de chocolat
- 250 g de beurre demi sel
- 3 oeufs
- 250 g de cassonade
- 60 g de farine
- 1 c. à café de levure
- Préchauffer le four à 180°C.
- Hacher le chocolat et le faire fondre au bain marie.
- Ajouter le beurre coupé en morceaux, laisser fondre et mélanger toujours au bain marie.
- Dans une jatte fouetter ensemble la cassonade et les oeufs jusqu’à ce qu’il soit mousseux.
- Y ajouter le mélange chocolat+beurre. Mélanger.
- Ajouter la farine et la levure tamisées ensemble. Mélanger.
- Verser dans un plat rectangulaire chemisé de papier cuisson. Enfourner pour 40 minutes.
